 The Blue Heron Condos

Designed by a team of nationally recognized architects, the Blue Heron Condos were originally designed as full-share condominiums. As such, each of the 22 units is spacious, ranging from 800-1,460 square feet. Available in one, two, and three bedrooms, all units are fully furnished. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath and most have an exterior entrance for complete privacy. Also, sound-conditioned walls stand between you and your neighbor.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including all appliances and service for eight. Cabinets and trim are naturally finished oak; while the entrance, hearth and hallway are done in quarry tile. We invite you to visit us and view a unit for yourself.

 Ammenities

Blue Heron ownership is much more than just your unit. The swimming pool, tennis courts, the beach and dock are open to owners and their guests. There's a community building with foosball, table tennis, and a pool table to enjoy. Nearby are restaurant facilities, a marina, and one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in Washington.

Additionally, Blue Heron membership in Resort Condominiums International entitles you to use member resorts, worldwide, at approximately the same cost of using your own condominium. In effect, the world is yours!

 How to Become an Owner

Blue Heron offers time sharing ownership with fee simple ownership in your own unit, plus ownership in common of 10 acres with 400 feet on Hood Canal. Your time sharing ownership gives you use of your unit and common areas once every six weeks. Cleaning service is provided for a small additional fee.
Blue Heron is a non-profit owner's association, managed by an elected board of directors and a professional property management firm. Monthly assessments provide for the operation of the resort.
